Plastering: External sponge plastering and all internal walls smoothly plastered with lime render finishing.

Roof: R.C.C. roof with 125 mm thickness as per design.

Flooring: Semi-vitrified tiles of standard company.

Main Door: 3’4″ x 6’8″ with teak wood frames and teak wood shutters (plain).

Internal Doors: Sal wood frames and flush shutters.

Windows: Sal wood frames and shutters with 4mm thick glass panels and horizontal rods, Pinhead glass.

Bathroom Floor and Walls: Anti-skid 12″ x 12″ ceramic tiles for floor and 12″ x 8″ or 8″ x 8″ ceramic tiles for walls up to 6’8″ height.

Plumbing and Sanitary: For water supply – PVC Pipes of 3/4″ for cold water and G.I. pipes of 3/4″ for hot water (branded company) with Jaguar/ Continental fittings and provision for solar connection. (One line from sump to overhead tank and distribution thereon). Sanitation with PVC pipes of branded company.

Electricity Fittings: ISI brand wiring and Livon make modular switches, with provision for telephone and T.V. points.

Staircase (Internal): With M.S. railing on one side (simple design).

Kitchen: Granite slab (20 mm thick) platform on one side with 3 courses of ceramic tiles (Total 24″ height above it).

Painting: Interior- plastic emulsion paint. Exterior blending of Sandtex & cement paint.
